As a simple rule of thumb, when you have a problem causing stress, divide up the solution areas into three parts: Your own perceptions and attitudes toward the problem The circumstances and setting for the problem Other people involved in the problem By looking at these areas individually you could come up with a number of reasons as to why the stress has occurred in the first place, and then find solutions to remove the stress.
