An audit is where you can look at what is and isn’t working. You then continue with what is working and change what isn’t, by finding out why it isn’t working. You can check on target goals and if they have reached the level you want, move them to maintenance goals. Then you can select different maintenance goals to become target goals to work on to improve standards.
