But great and good as these things were, they paled beside his love for Jesus Christ.

But as the train drew out, they did know a little of what it meant to die.

This lofty, scrubby, rocky, wet, wild country—how I just revel in it!

And the grand, soul-stirring silence of these mountains! After our arduous climb, hour after hour (myself just in my element and perfectly happy!)
