but well over a hundred years of experience in master games has shown that 3. Bb5 is in fact more flexible than 3. Nc3. Therefore, it conforms to the spirit of the principle.
Doesn't this go against the idea of moving knights before bishops? This seems like a poor example showing just the opposite??
