If we see the whole spectrum of what exists, we see things as they are; but if part of our vision is blocked, if we have this blindness, we see only one part of what is but assume that what we see is all that there is. So when we are essence-blind, the world is only physical to us, and we assume that if there is a spiritual reality, it is somewhere else.
