I could tell that Bob was heading for some kind of decision point. As he looked up from the napkin, he said: “People will want Discovery in their homes. Even if they don’t watch it, they will say they watch it. Discovery has a ‘wholesome’ quality about it.” He then told us that his wife, Diane, was a teacher and that she would love the service.
