In the not-too-distant future, perhaps within a decade or two, the resolution quality of television will increase to a point where pixel density and imaging technology will match the fine resolution power of the human visual system. In other words, viewing a television monitor will be like looking out a window or through a doorway into the next room. I call this endgame for viewing resolution “Retinal-Definition, Three-Dimensional Media,” or simply RD3D Media for short. It is surely coming. It will cause a sensation.
