Try to bring yourself fully into the moment. Sometimes doing something physical—like rubbing your hands together—increases the amount of sensations in this now, and can bring you into the moment. Then try to feel what’s going on within you. With presence, you can actually ask it, “Are you mine or another’s?” With practice, the answer becomes easier to see, feel, or hear.
