The eagle is also able to soar for hours, “resting” on the strong currents of wind. In fact, an eagle will see a storm coming and use the strong winds of that storm to rise above it. As Christians, we may learn the valuable lesson of taking advantage of every temptation. These temptations are the very thing that, if defeated, will cause us to rise higher and higher to Christlikeness, nearer and nearer to our God.
