The School Bus Test is a simple metaphor. If a founder or leader of an organization were to be hit by a school bus, would the organization continue to thrive at the same pace without them at the helm?

This is how I approach every job and it was really lovely to see appear in this book. Knowledge gate keeping’ doesn’t help anyone it just puts pressure on an already pressurised team if that person were absent.

For no other reason than because we want to leave the organization in a better state than we found it?

Again, this is my approach to everything in life. Be remembered as the person who made a difference - for the good.
