having to go through life despising themselves, every budget day, every cancer scare, every time their family give them that haunted look, every time they are not allowed to smoke, or are the lone smoker in the presence of non-smokers, feeling unclean or out and out stupid. But do you know what is the most pathetic thing of all? The great prize that we obtain for our slavery, the loss of our health, money and self-respect, is just an illusion.
