The Bible says the things of God are clearly seen. Anyone who says they don’t believe God exists is either lying, or they have hardened their heart to the truth. It’s possible to push God far enough away or harden your heart to the extreme that you become a “reprobate,” which means that God takes all conviction away from you (Romans 1:28). Nobody can come to the Father unless the Holy Spirit draws them (John 6:44), so you are damned if the Holy Spirit quits drawing you.
