Can’t Decide to Believe
Summary
The Gambler’s Argument provides no evidence whatsoever to convince us that God exist. It merely tells us that as a gambler we would be well advised to bring ourselves to believe this to be so.
But here we are faced with the problem that, in order to believe anything, we must have evidence to believe that it is true.
