Movement, change as life. Oscillation from 2 positions.
Frequencies are that - oscillation. Change of positions.
Somehow related not sure which first and maybe doesn’t even matter
Also that every part of our physical world is always in motion, literally and down to the atomic level ex electrons etc and I think down to the quantum level (which brings us back to frequencies - everything is a wavelength.)
