The source of the streetwalker’s relative prosperity was not exactly disguised: she was wearing a kimono and haori jacket with a Stars-and-Stripes design. “Get a job,” she told the homeless man; on the wall behind her was a left-wing poster reading “Overthrow the Emperor System.”
