What? I have to disagree here. Creating good habits is a must so that we don’t fall into bad ones(which is usually a lot easier). Sure, it may be more virtuous to do everything by sheer force of will, but how many can really keep effort going? Besides, the result is what matters here, not if you feel virtous or not. The act itself is the good, good habits > good person.
