Then comes that moment in the driveway when the car is packed to the gills, and that young man, that young lady, walks out of the house. We all hesitate at the car door, knowing life must change when that car drives away. There are hugs, kisses, last-minute items to remember, stern admonitions, more hugs . . . and tears. And then the car drives away, and Mom and Dad stand arm-in-arm in the empty driveway, wondering where all the years went.
