The type of trading done by CRT has little direct relevance to individual traders. The primary lessons to be drawn from this interview, I believe, are not related to trading, but rather management. The enormous financial success and widespread employee loyalty enjoyed by CRT is no doubt a consequence of Joe Ritchie’s managerial philosophy: Share the responsibility and share the profits.
