62The [Muslim] believers, the Jews, the Christians, and the Sabiansa—all those who believe in God and the Last Day and do good—will have their rewards with their Lord. No fear for them, nor will they grieve.

Each soul is responsible for its own actions; no soul will bear the burden of another. In the end, you will all return to your Lord and He will tell you the truth about your differences.

36Do not follow blindly what you do not know to be true: ears, eyes, and heart, you will be questioned about all these.

God were to punish people [at once] for the wrong they have done, there would not be a single creature left on the surface of the earth, but He gives them respite for a stated time and, whenever their time comes, God has been watching His servants.

God does not burden any soul with more than He has given it—after hardship, God will bring ease.

9The one who purifies his soul succeeds 10and the one who corrupts it fails.

5So truly where there is hardship there is also ease; 6truly where there is hardship there is also ease. 7So when you are free, work on 8and direct your requests to your Lord.

1Say [Prophet], ‘Disbelievers: 2I do not worship what you worship, 3you do not worship what I worship, 4I will never worship what you worship, 5you will never worship what I worship:a 6you have your religion and I have mine.’
