9. Patiently persevere.

Charles Spurgeon knew a little bit about getting men into ministry. He was all about getting men busy wanting and doing all they could for the kingdom. His advice is worth taking: “Qualify yourselves for larger spheres, you who are in little places; but do not neglect your studies to look after better positions. Be prepared for an opening when it comes, and rest assured that the office will come to the man who is fit for the office.”
