Examine everything your church does through the eyes of a man, and ask yourself, “Would this intrigue/encourage/ interest a guy?” 2. Then start making little changes. One song at a time. One sermon at a time. One lace doily at a time. 3. Not to be self-serving, but study this book with your staff and elders. Make sure everyone is working off the same page.
