“I really need to get more exercise,” will only help you put it off. I like the Self-talk phrase, “I exercise every day.” I would add a few supporting words like, “I enjoy exercising and I really like how it makes me feel. I like keeping myself in shape mentally and physically. I look good and I feel good; and daily exercise keeps me that way. I look forward each day to exercising my body, exercising my mind, and keeping myself fit and winning.”
