facilitators was deficient. As a result, the essence of Dialogue had been marginalized. Bohm said that an essential prerequisite to effective Dialogue was that the facilitators and participants needed to do deep personal work on their own and then bring the fruits of that work back into the circle—and they needed to do this on a consistent basis.
when the mind is silent, transcending the ego (as it is during deep meditation), something beyond thought comes into operation—a knowing that is primary.
Only facilitators who have done the interior work can “set the field” for the participants and help them learn the way into that deeper territory of connecting to the Source. Only when this connection has been made can the group begin to act as a “single
“The success of an intervention is dependent on the inner state of the intervenor.” I have come to understand that the key determinant of the success of any use of the U-Process lies in the interior state of the person or persons leading the process—their intentions and way of being.
“A change of meaning is a change of being.”
Truth and love are at the core of the U-Process, which is designed to bring forth the emerging realty as it desires—
In order to enable the collapse of boundaries between self, others, and the universe, a person or a group must unambiguously stand in a place of love, caring, and sacrifice for others, including for the whole system involved. When you step back from all the research and studies, what you find is a spectacular body of converging evidence indicating our understanding of time is seriously incomplete. Those studies mean that some aspect of our mind can perceive the future. Not infer the future, or anticipate the future, or figure out the future. But actually perceive it.
Wack describes a continuous process: deepening personal awareness and renewal; releasing limiting belief systems; scanning the business environment; identifying the driving forces at work and the resulting chains of cause and effect; accessing insights beyond the mind’s previous reach; and acting in the moment.
