Ok this whole section is interesting bc it is about a law that exists to protect people from drivers wielding dangerous weapons (cars). Why discussion of the danger of speeders from cops but not pedestrians or cyclists from speeders? Why no discussion of how white people can get away with minor traffic violations more easily than PoC? These oversimplifications undermine the fundamental argument imo
