Now, close your eyes, like you do every night when you try to go to sleep, and think. Don’t think about what happened at work today or what your mother-in-law said at dinner. Think of your “I Want” list. Go down the list and ask your subconscious mind for everything on your list. Do this with a big, relaxing smile on your face knowing that your subconscious is listening. Ask your subconscious mind to carry out all the things you want. You can even call your subconscious mind by whatever name you conjure up. Your subconscious is your best friend.
