“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Because I am your constant Companion, there should be a lightness to your step that is observable to others. Do not be weighed down with problems and unresolved issues, for I am your burden-bearer.

But those who are successful in their own strength tend to go their own way, forgetting about Me. It is through problems and failure, weakness and neediness, that you learn to rely on Me.

Come to Me with positive expectations, knowing that there is no limit to what I can accomplish.

Whenever you feel inadequate, remember that I am your ever-present Help.

Heaviness is not of My kingdom. Cling to hope, and My rays of Light will reach you through the darkness.

Much, much stress results from your wanting to make things happen before their times have come.

Slow down, and enjoy the journey in My Presence.

When you bring Me prayer requests, lay out your concerns before Me. Speak to Me candidly; pour out your heart. Then thank Me for the answers that I have set into motion long before you can discern results.

Thankful prayers keep your focus on My Presence and My promises.

Do not be ashamed of your emptiness. Instead, view it as the optimal condition for being filled with My Peace.

Peace that transcends understanding.

Rehearsing your troubles results in experiencing them many times,

Instead, come to Me, and relax in My Peace.

I can weave miracles into the most mundane day if you keep your focus on Me.

Stay in continual communication with Me so that you can live above your circumstances even while you are in the midst of them.

Trust does not falter when the path becomes rocky and steep.

SEEK MY FACE, and you will find more than you ever dreamed possible. Let Me displace worry at the center of your being.

When you seek Me, you find Me

Live radiantly by expanding your focus to include Me in all your moments. Let nothing dampen your search for Me.

Your security rests in Me alone—not in other people, not in circumstances.

Anything that tends to make you anxious is a growth opportunity.

If you believe that I am sovereign over every aspect of your life, it is possible to trust Me in all situations. Don’t waste energy regretting the way things

are or thinking about what might have been.

I purchased this Peace for you with My blood. You receive this gift by trusting Me in the midst of life’s storms.

Rejoice in the face of hardship, for I have overcome the world.

Sit still in the Light of My Presence, and receive My Peace.

These quiet moments with Me transcend time,

Bring Me the sacrifice of...

Your part is to yield to My creative work in you, neither resisting it nor trying to speed it up. Enjoy the tempo of a God-breathed life by letting Me set the pace. Hold My hand in childlike trust,

GIVE UP THE ILLUSION that you deserve a problem-free life.

Link your hope not to problem solving in this life but to the promise of an eternity of problem-free life in heaven.

It is possible to enjoy Me and glorify Me in the midst of adverse circumstances. In fact,

I am much less interested in right circumstances than in right responses to whatever comes your way.

I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS.

Most Christians accept this teaching as truth but ignore it in their daily living.

When My Presence is the focal point of your consciousness, all the pieces of your life fall into place.

Judgmental thoughts are unmasked as you bask in My unconditional Love. Confused

ideas are untangled while you rest in the simplicity of My Peace. I will guard you and keep you in constant Peace, as you focus your mind on Me.

Whatever occupies your mind the most becomes your god.

I will even give My angels charge over you, to preserve you in all your ways.

Keep your mind on the present journey, enjoying My Presence. Walk by faith, not by sight, trusting Me to open up the way before you.

When you feel anxious, know that you are focusing on the visible world and leaving Me out of the picture.

How ridiculous

to grasp for future gifts when today’s is set before you!

Accept yourself and your circumstances just as they are, remembering that I am sovereign over everything. Do not wear yourself out with analyzing

and planning.

To receive My Peace, you must change your grasping, controlling stance to one of openness and trust.

The most persistent choice you face is whether to trust Me or to worry. You will never run out of things to worry about, but you can choose to trust Me no matter what.

When your focus turns away from Me, you grasp for other things. You drop the glowing gift of My Presence as you reach for lifeless ashes.
