The second Law, the Science of Deliberate Creation, says: That which I give thought to and that which I believe or expect—is. In short, you get what you are thinking about, whether you want it or not. A deliberate application of thought is really what the Science of Deliberate Creation is about, for if you do not understand these Laws, and deliberately apply them, then you may very well be creating by default.

The third Law, the Art of Allowing, says: I am that which I am, and I am willing to allow all others to be that which they are. When you are willing to allow others to be as they are, even in their not allowing of you, then you will be an Allower, but it is not likely that you will reach that point until you first come to understand how it is you

Once you understand that all people, circumstances, and events are invited into your experience by you, through your thought, you will begin to live your life as you intended when you made the decision to come forth into this physical body. And so, an understanding of the powerful Law of Attraction, coupled with an intention to Deliberately Create your own life experience, will ultimately lead you to the unparalleled freedom that can only come from a complete understanding and application of the Art of Allowing.

Your real work is to decide what you want and then focus upon it, for it is through focusing upon what you want that you will attract it. That is the process of creating: giving thought to what you want, so much thought, and such clear thought, that your Inner Being offers forth emotion. And as you are giving thought, with emotion, you become the most powerful of all magnets. That is the process by which you will attract what you want into your experience.

I recognize that I am unlimited in all facets of my life. . . . Whenever you catch yourself feeling negative emotion, we would suggest that you try to gently pull your thoughts around to something that you do want to experience, and

Whenever you feel negative emotion, it is always telling you that whatever you are thinking about is important, and that you are thinking about the opposite of what you really desire. So questions such as “What was I thinking about when this negative emotion surfaced?” and “What is it that I do want regarding this?” will help you realize that you are, in this moment, focused in direct opposition to what you really do want to attract into your experience.

Your words will not bring you immediate manifestations of what you are asking for, but the more often you say them, and the better you feel while you are saying them, the purer or less contradicted your vibration will be. You have given thought to it with emotion, so you have created it, but you do not allow it into your experience because you do not really expect it. However, as you are walking out of the theater, if your friend says to you, “It may only be a movie, but it once happened to me,” then you may begin pondering that thought, and in doing so, you may bring yourself to the belief or expectation that that could also happen to you—and then it will. Giving thought, on the one hand, and expecting or believing, on the other hand, is the balance that brings to you that which you receive.

Thoughts that evoke your emotions are those that most quickly effect change in your life. Thoughts that you think while feeling no emotion will maintain what is already there.
