Cardio is negotiable. There’s nothing inherently unhealthy or bad about not including it in your weight-loss regimen, but I’ll tell you this: you will only get so far with diet and resistance training alone. If you’re planning on getting below 10 percent body fat, I can pretty much guarantee that you’re going to need to include some cardio in your routine to get there.
