7. Lack of usability methods. I don't think wordpress.com is as easy to use as we think it is. There are some quick and dirty techniques for evaluating UI, existing code as well as in mockups. I've yet to see anyone propose them or talk about them. Example: I think our dashboard is pretty hard to navigate—it's huge and confusing now. But we have no way of discovering this is a problem (it won't appear as a ticket really), or identifying where the major pain points are. There are ways to do it and we should start. After Jetpack I can take some leadership here.
