Before we hit the stories in the rest of this book, we have to handle the situation when we’re actually on the floor and it seems like there is no way up. We can’t do the full daily practice, no less our “one thing per day,” if we can’t even get off the floor. Sometimes flossing one tooth to start isn’t enough.
