The one they assume went to college, even without realizing that’s what they assume. The one they trust because she seems a little bit like them. The one who slips in and out of their lives, because that’s what she’s always done. Because she’s learned how to make a living out of being forgettable. Out of being white space. Out of being everyone and no one.
