Anyone who has passed Biology 101 knows that in every one of the trillions of human body cells, each male cell contains an XY chromosome and each female cell contains a XX chromosome. Despite the ingestion of hormones and multiple operations removing sex organs, it is utterly impossible for anyone to change to the opposite gender.
