The IPCC’s stated aim is to redistribute wealth from the rich developed nations to the poor third-world nations. Looking more closely, this plan would really transfer funds from the poor of the rich nations to the corrupt rulers of the third-world nations, many of whom personally profit at the expense of their citizens.
