“Don’t be a brat,” I grit back at her, my anger and lust fighting to come out on top. “You know what I want to hear, now be a good little wife and say it again.” Her left hand slides up my arm, her ring glistening in the light and making me feral as she whispers, “My husband fucks me so good.”
Is this still fake? Are we still playing a game? Because if we are, the rules have disappeared out the window and I’m not sure if I am winning, or if I am going to lose bigger than ever before. “I don’t think it’s supposed to feel like this either, but you’ve fucking ruined me, Hals.”
Archer who responds to him. “You two skate together like your bodies are magnets to one another or something,” he replies in nothing short of awe, and I can’t help but blush at his statement.
The look in his eyes kills me, but I turn and leave without another word, because I realize that even though he will always be my first love, all I ever was to him, was just his first wife.
“But you told me you weren’t capable of falling in love,” I whisper, and the smile on his face is my utter downfall. “Then I guess I need to apologize for breaking all of your rules, Tink, because I am so unbelievably in love with you,” he laughs,
