This whole little section was a little too quick. She doesn’t know him from Adam bur all of a sudden she is comfortable giving out her number and her address for him to pick her up? This doesn’t seem safe or realistic. Also just cause he’s fine doesn’t mean we’re just gonna abandon safety protocols sis. Do better girl.
What kind of bed? King, four poster, bunk bed? A little more description would have been nice.
Again, too familiar too quick. The readers just met “Choice”. Your friend just heard about him. You shouldn’t be referring to him by name like your best friend is already that familiar with him especially when you yourself don’t even know him yet. This could have just been a “ remember the guy I was telling you about from the coffee shop yesterday?”
Again too familiar too soon. This is playing out as if they already know each other but the readers aren’t privy to that info.
Okay again, where are your descriptive words? Is it an f150, is it a Tahoe or is it a uhaul? We need some frame of reference.
I like this foreshadowing that he is the type of man that has some sense of emotional and sexual intelligence.
