A secretary working out of the Ford Motor Company in New York gathered what she called “a mammoth mailing list” from the return addresses on fan mail sent to Charles Lindbergh, Representative Hamilton Fish, Senator Rush Holt, Senator Burton Wheeler, and other famed America Firsters.
