I watched Twelve like a hawk over the next week. I continued to bring her down to isolation to wash the floors, never letting her out of my sight for longer than I could help it. I’d taken extra shifts which meant I’d had the sum total of six hours sleep in the past three days. But I didn’t give a fuck.
