I slam the end-call button with as much force as I used to slam my flip phone. Not nearly as satisfying,

Girls suck. They suck! I’m a girl—I know when I suck, and I know when other girls suck, and this little display right here just sucks.

But the past few weeks have shown me that maybe being an introvert doesn’t mean giving in to solitude. It’s nice to have people to check on, people to cheer on, and people to talk about the simple things with.

Feeling this pretty hard recently...🙄

When you victimize yourself, you put yourself in the most dangerous position: in another person’s hands, reacting to their actions. When you determine you’re the victim, you lose control of your ability to act on your own.

I’m not a damsel in distress, but even strong female leads need a helping hand sometimes.

Who knew throwing well-placed compliments could be more satisfying than slappin’ a hoe? Not me, but damn, it felt good.
