Keepers of Salt

The Lord revealed something that I will never forget. He showed me that hurt feels the same to everyone. We know that Jesus suffered the greatest pain imaginable. The Lord helped me to understand that the pain in my heart and body feels the same as it did to Jesus when He was on this earth. Yes, He truly did know how I feel. He knew what it was like to feel alone and have His own Father forsake Him. He felt rejected and forgotten, abused and humiliated.4 Jesus knew what it felt like to have people betray Covenant. Jesus did know how I feel, but unlike me, Jesus did not build walls to isolate Himself.
