Instant oats are processed in such a way that our body actually digests it quicker than steel-cut oats, so if you have the time, steel-cut oats are superior to instant ones. However, if you’re on a time crunch, instant oats are still a great option, providing 4 g of fiber (just make sure they’re plain).
