Juice is often seen as a children’s drink, but it is not recommended for kids—or adults! In fact, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has changed its stance on juice and now recommends that infants and toddlers not be given any juice, and even older kids should have a very limited amount, if any at all.
