Leon cut the tension by belting out the opening track at the top of his lungs, getting most of the words wrong aside from yelling the chorus so loud that we couldn’t hear the movie. I laughed as I leaned into him, slapping a hand over his mouth to quiet him again, but he only sang louder as he fought me off. I scrambled to pin him down and he growled at me in a way that made a tingle run down my spine before catching my waist and tossing me into Ryder’s lap.
