Unique’s smile didn’t leave her face. She waited for Synovi to place all of his things outside of the main door and go inside before she backed out. Him answering her calls was enough for Unique, but to have him trust her for a ride and show his gratitude had her over the moon. It was baby steps, and she’d gladly take them.
