If I don’t respect myself, I’ll be left with nothing.
Those men think that their fancy suits and fancier cars can hide the fact that they’re nothing but medieval, unenlightened Neanderthals.
Of course. I feel sooooo protected and taken care of right now, fuck you very much.
He claimed I was being a greedy jerk who was jealous of him. Ludicrous, since it’s impossible to be jealous of somebody that inferior.
“My policy is never explain, never complain. Just makes things worse.”
“Watch your tone if you want to keep your teeth. Nobody talks to my wife with disrespect.”
“Talk to my wife like that again, and I’ll make sure you never talk at all.”

“I’m worthy of everything. I’m worthy of love. I am enough.
I don’t have to be anything I don’t want. I don’t have to meet any expectations except my own.
“You’re the moon in my night sky. I’m just putting a few stars around you so you can shine even brighter.”
“I have faith in you. You should, too.”
