The Spiritual Hierarchy for Earth consists of twelve founding individual Hierarchies that were the first to act as the governing body of the planet. Over time the Spiritual Hierarchy for Earth received the membership of new Hierarchies from different parts of the galaxy. The founding members still remain as the Spiritual Hierarchy for Earth and are the core of the governing body.
