This most exalted and glorious Sacrament is the source of health for both the soul and body, the remedy for all spiritual ailments. Through it, I am healed of my sins, my passions are controlled, temptations are overcome or weakened, more grace is given to me, virtues are enhanced, faith is solidified, hope is fortified, and love is ignited and expanded.
