The fact that hundreds of millions still go hungry while we produce enough to feed a population twice our size is truly shocking. But knowing that the world is capable of producing so much food should give us all the means and motivation we need to fix the problem. It is solvable. Hunger and famine still exist today, but they’re political and social in nature. The limits to us feeding everyone are entirely self-imposed.
