In his mind, it couldn’t possibly be a bad thing to mention another guy, which was sort of awesome in its own way, but it also just about gave me a heart attack.
I thought I’d learned from everything with my sister how much you can hurt someone by letting your feelings take over your actions, but I guess I hadn’t grown much after all. It sucked to be confronted so starkly with my own immaturity.
