Think about your goal in a relaxed positive way. Picture yourself in your mind’s eye as having already achieved this goal. See yourself doing the things that you will be doing when you’ve reached your goal.

Purpose of the universe

Stop thinking about what it is you fear. Each time a fearful or negative thought comes into your consciousness, replace it with a mental picture of your positive and worthwhile goal.

Acting in faith

I suggest that you think about your problem until it’s nature and limits are so clear in your mind that you can easily write down the complete problem in one simple statement. A good working definition gives you a clear target.

Ideation

No negative thinking allowed. The wilder the ideas the better. 2) Suspend judgment, the ideas will be judged afterward. 3) You want the largest possible quantity of ideas. 4) Combination and improvement of ideas is what you’re after.
