“We have many of our meetings in people’s homes when possible. We eat snacks and catch up with one another. We value laughter and honesty and fun and sharing one another’s personal and spiritual burdens. While all this also takes time and energy (we often don’t actually start a meeting until twenty minutes in), it helps immensely when we have conflict.
